Run your tours with LocalX

How to start

1. 1
   Apply in the app

   Sign in to LocalX with Telegram or email, open your profile and tap “Become an organizer”: company, experience, city and a few words about your tours.

   Get verified

   Attach a document confirming your identity or business registration. Only the administrator sees it. Only verified organizers can publish tours.

3. 3
   Publish a tour

   Route, dates for the whole season, packages with prices, what’s included and the cancellation policy. The tour appears in the catalog after review.

4. 4
   Take bookings

   Confirm bookings by hand or turn on auto-confirmation. Every booking comes with a notification and an email.

What the organizer dashboard has

• Travelers for every date

  Contacts, group makeup and the chosen package. Call or message everyone at once.

• Group chat

  A separate chat for every date: meeting time and place, changes, answers to questions.

• Check-in at the meeting point

  Scan the ticket QR code or enter a short code to see who has arrived.

• Waitlist

  When a date is full, travelers join a queue and hear about it if a seat frees up.

• Reviews and rating

  Only people who went on the trip can leave a review. You can reply to each one.

• Analytics

  Tour views, bookings and conversion, so you can see what works.
